CAPS United’s poor run at Sakubva Stadium continued today when they were edged 2-1 by correctional services side Tenax C.S in an entertaining Castle Lager Premiership league encounter.
The once feared Green Machine today returned to the scene of their epic humiliation – Sakubva Stadium – where they were massacred 6-2 by Manica Diamonds recently.
Two second half goals from exciting Joel Munsaka and Takunda ‘Sebo’ Mapara were all that the prison wardens needed to cancel out William Manondo’s goal scored in the first half of the encounter.
Across town, Manica Diamonds remained on fourth position on the table after an impressive 3-3 draw away to Chicken Inn at Luveve Stadium in Bulawayo yesterday.
