NEW: Woman stabs husband on the eve of Valentine’s Day

A MUZARABANI woman stabbed her husband in the stomach after accusing him of being promiscuous.

The husband, Promise Mukombe (23), died while admitted at St Alberts Hospital.

In a statement on Thursday, police said they were investigating the case.

“Zimbabwe Republic Police in Muzarabani are investigating a murder case in which Promise Mukombe (23) died on February 15 while admitted at St Alberts Hospital after he was stabbed with a knife in the stomach by his wife Lackia Chirwa (22) on the 13th of February at Ganje Village,” said police.
