NEW: Zvishavane former Senator, Lillian Timveous dies

Zanu PF cyber team member and former Senator for Zvishavane, Cde Lilian Timevious has died.

She was 51.

Cde Timevious’ husband,  Michael Timevious confirmed her death this morning at Avenues Clinic in Harare where she was admitted.

She was one of the high-profile opposition members that defected to Zanu PF in 2021.

Cde Timevious was previously a senior member of the opposition MDC-T and latter the MDC-Alliance.

After joining Zanu PF, she attended and graduated from the Chitepo School of Ideology.
