WARD 3 councillor-elect for Norton, Wilson C. Tsomondo, was sworn in last week at the 294th Ordinary council meeting at Norton Town Council.
Town secretary Mr Kizito Muhomba congratulated Clr Tsomondo for winning the elections.
“We hope that we will work well together,” he said.
Chegutu District Development Coordinator Mr Succeed Musora congratulated Clr Tsomondo and welcomed him to Norton Town Council.
“You have issues that you promised people during your campaign.I hope you will see that they are implemented,” he said.
“As a policymaker, you should know your duties and responsibilities.”
