A Nyamandlovu grandmother, Mrs Bekezela Ndlovu, is appealing to the public for any information regarding the whereabouts of her missing daughter, Miss Pauline Ndlovu, and her grandchildren.
Pauline was last seen in Bulawayo in 2023 and there has been no communication since then.
At the time of her disappearance, Pauline lived with her two children in one of the city’s western suburbs, according to Mrs Ndlovu.
“My daughter lived in several suburbs in Bulawayo and would visit me in Nyamandlovu, bringing her children along. I have lived here for years,” said Mrs Ndlovu.
“It’s been over a year and several months since I last spoke to her. Her siblings, who live in South Africa, returned to Zimbabwe when she stopped communicating with the family, hoping to find her,” she added.
The elderly woman explained that she had made a police report in Nyamandlovu and was informed that the police in Bulawayo would also be notified.
“I’m too old to frequently travel from Nyamandlovu to Bulawayo and I am appealing to members of the public to assist me in locating my daughter and her children,” she said.
Mrs Ndlovu expressed that she continues to pray for the safe return of her daughter and grandchildren.
“I’m praying for her safe return and that of my grandchildren. Every day I wake up hoping she will call, but the silence is unbearable.”
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of her daughter can get in touch on 0712517790.
