Pah Chihera in solo UK tour

AFRO-JAZZ diva Tracy Mbirimi, fondly known as Pah Chihera, was yesterday (Thursday) expected to leave Zimbabwe for a series of shows in the United Kingdom.
The Ndirwo Rudo hit-maker made a surprise appearance at popular entertainment joint Pick and Save Supperrette last Saturday and performed for close to three hours after Peter “Dhewa” Moyo and Utakataka Express.

The farewell show was a top drawer performance for the young diva whose meteoric rise to fame is a typical Cinderella story.

Chihera is set to stage live performances in Coventry, Manchester, and London.

She will, however, fly to the foreign land minus her group — Afro Love Band.

“I am going there alone and talented instrumentalists who are in the UK such as Aaron Manatsa will play for me.

Fans and promoters’ support has been amazing. I never expected such kind of support. I am glad to say that we are not facing any challenges in the music industry and we give credit to God,” she said.
