THERE is a common saying which says, way back they used to cook like their mothers, but nowadays they drink like their fathers. This is normally said in apparent reference to the declining moral standards among the fairer sex. However, for the two women in this family, it is not about drinking like their father, neither is about cooking like their mother, it is all about peddling flesh just like their mom.
A few notes will help you realise the family I am talking about.
Their mother was married to this late traditional leader whose area of jurisdiction was a considerable part of that area where the precious gems are mined.
Theirs was a blissful family, a happy home, as late rapper Tupac Shakur would say.
They almost had all the material things that they wished for in life, especially during the diamond rush era.
But, Yours Truly has it on good authority that the widowed mother, who did all that she could to siphon the wealth of the deceased hubby even when he was still alive, has now shifted her focus into teaching her two daughters the wicked ways of thigh vending.
What touched Blabber the most is that one of the girls, if not both, is happily married, but mothers, as we all know, have so much influence on their children, let alone daughters and the two ladies are now promising students in the world’s oldest profession.
Word reaching Blabber is that the widowed mother has since opened a brothel at that place where villagers were relocated to pave way for organised mining. The brothel, I am told, has turned into an instant hit among imbibers in the area and beyond.
That the widowed mother has since opened a brothel comes in handy for the two “students” who now have their own training ground to effectively learn the tactics and diplomacy of the game. Like I have always said, is determined to preserve the little that remains of our moral fabric and one hopes that the widowed mother will quickly make amends and teach good morals to her offspring.
Surely, the young ladies deserve better maternity!
