MUNYARADZI Hakeem Mandaza, the Zimbabwean “chaser” in Big Brother Africa The Chase, on Sunday survived eviction, as another representative, Pokello Nare got the highest nominations this week. Hakeem survived on a night which saw lovebirds, Koketso of South Africa and LK4 of Uganda being kicked out of the house.
With the way Pokello has been playing the game, it will not be a surprise if she is evicted this Sunday. The Zimbabwean, together with Natasha of Zambia got five nominations for possible eviction each, while O’Neal from Botswana got three.
Pokello has at least five days to wake up from her slumber.
Over the past weeks she has been quiet, doing nothing, but sleeping and keeping to herself.
She was nominated by O’Neal (Botswana) Sulu (Zambia), Natasha (Malawi), Cleo (Zambia) and Angelo (SA).
On the other hand Hakeem has been every housemate’s favourite and his budding romance with Zambia’s Cleo has also helped his cause.
Hakeem had the highest number of countries that voted for him for another dance in Biggy’s house. Not only did he get the Botswana, Kenya, Malawi Zambia and Zimbabwe votes, he also got the Rest of Africa vote.
The rest of Africa vote is from the countries that are not taking part in the Big Brother Africa the Chase. At the moment they are 14 countries out of the 52 in Africa that are taking part in Season 8 of the reality show.
