Topics to be discussed at the summit include the Syrian crisis, human rights and nuclear disarmament.
Leaders from 120 countries are in the Iranian capital to attend the summit, which will be opened tomorrow by Iran’s spiritual leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Iran will take over the leadership role in the movement from Egypt for the next three years.
The United Nation’s Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is expected to attend the six-day summit despite protests from America and Israel urging the UN head not to attend the event.
