President meets Nigeria minister of Agric

President Mnangagwa met with Nigeria Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Abubakar Shaib Kyari who is in the country to learn about the nation’s agricultural food transformation strategy.

Minister Kyari arrived in the country on Wednesday with a high-powered delegation to tape into Zimbabwe’s agriculture and food systems transformation strategy which has seen the country attaining a record wheat self-sufficiency.

President Mnangagwa’s discussions with Minister Kyari at State House centred on how Zimbabwe has transformed agriculture through mechanisation.

Minister Kyari visited some farms on Wednesday to have an appreciation of how mechanisation has boosted production and productivity.
