Department head of weather services Mr Tich Zinyemba yesterday said Zimbabwe as a whole received some notable rains during the past few days.
Kadoma recorded 98mm, Chipinge 59mm, Harare Airport 58mm, Guruve 54mm, Marondera 39mm, Zaka 38mm with Nyanga and Kariba receiving 26mm and 25mm respectively.
Mr Zinyemba said many areas received rains measuring between 15 and 20mm.
“For the period April 3 to 5, we expect cloudy, cool and windy weather conditions across Zimbabwe with light rain or drizzle in some places,” he said.
By April 6, however, it should become much warmer although from time to time light showers will occur over Matabeleland and Mashonaland Provinces.
