Ricky Fire takes a bow

RISING dancehall chanter, Tulani Takavada, popularly known as Ricky Fire, will tomorrow (Saturday) face his local fans in his much-awaited show at popular entertainment spot, Club Mandisa.This is the Chitungwiza-bred singer’s maiden show in the eastern border city.

Famed for the hit song Baby Ndiratidze Zvaunoita that received rave reviews from its release, Ricky Fire will face a daunting task to outshine Harare-based dance group, Hangasa Queens which is also scheduled to perform during the same night.

The gifted composer whose breakthrough was in 2002 is expected to be at his best when he presents some of his fine songs from his last album, There is no danger, such as Mafaro Anotanga Chishanu, Hupenyu, Kahunhu keChimero, PaDemand and Haana Rudo.
