“We confirm the arrest of Thamsanqa Ndebele and Euton Sebatha for allegedly murdering a 23-year-old woman in Cowdray Park suburb.

“We would like to advise community members to revive the Neighbourhood Watch Committee to police their suburbs during the night.

“We would also like to discourage community members from using short routes because they will be exposing themselves to criminals,” she said.

Police from Cowdray Park launched an investigation leading to the arrest of Ndebele and Sebatha. They are soon to appear at West Commonage Courts.
