Seke woman in court for indecent assault

to the charges when she appeared before Chitungwiza magistrate Ms Olivia Mariga.
She was remanded in custody to July 9 and was advised to apply for bail at the High Court.
Agreed facts are that on October 19 last year, Samu invited the boy to her homestead.
It is alleged that when he arrived at the place, she took him into her bedroom where they smoked mbanje. Samu later asked the boy to be intimate with her.The offence was discovered after the boy’s mother went to look for her son at Samu’s house.
She was surprised to see her son coming out of Samu’s bedroom. She took him home where she inquired what he was happening in Samu’s bedroom. The boy told his mother what happened and Samu was arrested. Mr Henry Muringani prosecuted.
