Serial killer, rapist Zvitsva jailed 89 years

CONVICTED Guruve serial rapist, Anymore Zvitsva, has been sentenced to an effective 89 years in prison after being found guilty of 10 counts of rape, attempted murder and robbery.
Zvitsva (35) was up for four rape charges, five attempted murder charges and one robbery charge.
He had pleaded guilty to all to counts when he appeared before Harare regional magistrate, Mr Francis Mapfumo last week.
Zvitsva’s conviction marks the closure of violent crimes that had rocked Guruve communities.
