“The debilitating news of the death of your beloved father, Baba Leonard Tsuro Mawere after collapsing in Budiriro, Harare, on Monday, 13 February, 2012 was a terrible shock to all of us in the Ministry of Media, Information and Publicity as well as my family,” he said.
Minister Shamu said his death was heartbreaking and a bitter pill to swallow.
“He was a bundle of joy and comfort to the family and will be missed tremendously,” he said.
He prayed that God’s love enfolds the Mawere family and assist in the healing process.
