Simbisa were scoring goals for fun as they netted seven past Elephants in a Bulawayo Corporate Social Soccer League match played yesterday at Masiyephambili College to collect maximum points. A hat-trick from Owen Gona, a brace from Zwelibanzi Nyoni and a goal apiece from Watson Ndaba and Nqobizitha Tshuma inspired four-time BCSSL champions and current log leaders Simbisa to overpower league perennial strugglers Elephants. It took eight minutes for Simbisa to break the deadlock and after the opening goal, the Elephants became vulnerable and Simbisa duly capitalised going to the break five goals up.

There was less action in the second half as both teams missed a number of chances. However, Ndaba scored the 6th goal for the hosts before Tshuma rounded it off for the victors.

Results: Colbro 1, Makokoba Raiders 2; ZBC 2, Delta Coca-Cola 1; Fortwell 6, MacDonald 2; ZB 0, Delta Transporters 0.
