RESIDENTS of Dzivaresekwa 3 woke up to a shocking sight as a dog carried a dead human foetus and dropped it in the middle of Gushungo Street.

It is still unclear where the dog picked the foetus.

The foetus was taken by the local police for investigations.

Mai Tinashe Mawire , a resident, told H-Metro:

“These ladies of the night can do anything. It’s not surprising that she aborted and dumped it.”

Another resident, Tariro Makawa, condemned the act.

“Zvinorwadza chokwadi mwana anga atosvika kudai mumwe worasa when there are people out there failing to bear children.

“There should be an inspection of all the women pamwe munhu wepadhuze asungwe,” said Tariro.

A community health worker said:

“These dumping sites should be dealt with, they are a lot of them in this area and they are now becoming places where people are dumping strange things.

“Such an act is a crime and munhu akabatwa ngaasungwe.”
