Thank you to all corporates and other stakeholders who have so far undertaken the task to assist in donations for the prevailing cholera and typhoid menace. Possibly the donations sourced will be put to good use and ensuring transparency and accountability prevails. — Lovemore Kashawo
Cde Editor, disaster is looming at Pumula South, Dumezweni, there is a sewer burst that occurs weekly. I believe it now needs the engineers’ expertise because the maintenance unit is failing to remedy the problem. I wonder if director of Engineering and Health Services of the Bulawayo City Council is aware of the problem. It is a matter of time before cholera hits this township. — Nisi, Pumula South, Bulawayo
Response to “Govt to appoint advisory board’’. Sounds great, hopefully the selection will be open and transparent to get the best. — Walter
Response to “6 perish in kombi crash’’. The rate at which people are dying is very sad. Less than a week ago five others perished in Mashonaland Central. Public service vehicle drivers should avoid speeding and overloading. People’s lives are very precious. — Fadzai Chitungo
Response to “Inyanga vanishes after patient’s death”. This is so sad. People must go to inyanga that are certified by Zinatha or to Government health institutions. Some of these inyanga are after money and they know nothing about healing people. If he was a good traditional healer why would he run away after giving someone a poisonous concoction? —Faith Mhike
