Tricky ties for CAPS Utd

as they battle to stretch their lead on top of the table with two tricky fixtures in a packed Castle Lager Premiership programme.
The leaders are expected back in business tomorrow when they face tricky newcomers Blue Ribbon before engaging Black Mambas on Sunday.
“Our team started off well and we just have to go out there and do what we have to do.
“We don’t want to lose our focus at this stage and I always believe that given time and support, and with little interference, we can work wonders.
“We have a big pool of players and everyone will get his chance to play this season.
“My plea to the supporters is to back everyone who wears that green and white jersey because we are a team,” said Chunga.
The Green Machine, who will play their fourth game at Rufaro, will be aiming to maintain their winning ways after victories in the opening three matches of the season.
Following their flying start to the 2011 Premiership race with 14 goals from three games, it appears Makepekepe are now the team to beat but Chunga feels his side is yet to reach its full potential.
He said CAPS United are enjoying their game and would want to keep improving in all aspects.
However, they come up against a Blue Ribbon outfit that is yet to taste defeat after former Warriors’ coach Misheck Chidzambwa led his team to an impressive start with two wins and a draw in their debut Premiership campaign. Blue Ribbon are coming into this match on the back of two victories in succession against Black Mambas and Shooting Stars.
Independence Trophy winners Highlanders are back in the capital on Friday when they face 2009 league champions Gunners at La Farge.
Bosso will be looking for their second win, to take their season’s tally to four points, after experiencing mixed fortunes in their first three matches.
Dynamos will also come under the spotlight when they host Hwange on Friday, hoping to shake off the pressure that came with a rather poor start this season.
DeMbare, who lost their opening two games to Kiglon and Motor Action, seem to have put their campaign on track following the 2-0 win over FC Platinum last week.
