During the same session he also supplied Evans Tiki with answers to the Commerce examination, helping both candidates to pass the examinations. Gomana’s case also emanated during the same session when he misrepresented to the exams board and wrote Mathematics and English on behalf of Margaret Marosa who also eventually passed the two subjects. Through a tip off, Zimsec conducted a thorough investigation, which resulted in the exposure of the misrepresentation. Mr Benjamin Negato prosecuted.
