A 27-YEAR-OLD man has shocked the community after he was dragged to court for allegedly flashing and fondling himself in front of his 21-year-old niece, in a sickening display of public indecency.

Happious Ndlovu, a resident of Pelandaba suburb in Bulawayo, appeared before Western Commonage magistrate Archie Wochiwunga, facing one count of public indecency. He was not asked to plead and was remanded to 23 April 2025.

In what sounds like a disturbing real-life horror, the court heard that on 14 February 2025 — ironically on Valentine’s Day — Ndlovu returned home and found his niece in her bedroom. Instead of respecting her privacy, he reportedly opened up about his personal frustrations, telling her he was sexually aroused and that his girlfriend had disappointed him.

Shocked by the inappropriate talk, the niece told him his issues were none of her business — but that was only the beginning of a nightmarish ordeal.

At around 10 PM, while the complainant was fast asleep, Ndlovu is said to have stormed into her room completely naked and began flashing and fondling his private parts right in front of her!

When the horrified niece questioned his actions, Ndlovu allegedly laughed in her face as if it were a joke.

But the brave young woman wasn’t going to be silenced. She screamed, forcing the accused to retreat back to his room. The matter only came to light after she reported the shocking encounter to another family member, who helped her file a police report — leading to Ndlovu’s arrest.

Stay tuned to B-Metro for the next twist in this sickening saga.
