adminIn an interview at the Harare International Airport shortly after arriving from South Africa where she attended the ANC centenary celebrations in Bloemfontein, Amai Mujuru said Zanu-PF would continue learning from Africa’s oldest revolutionary party.
The ANC commemorated its 100th anniversary last week where VP Mujuru, who was representing President Mugabe, joined 46 Heads of State and Government at the colourful event.
“We feel honoured to have attended such an excellent event where we took the opportunity to learn from the ANC and it is also pleasing to note that the party is still practising strategic leadership to enhance its structures,” VP Mujuru said.
Zanu-PF, she said, would continue to draw lessons from the ANC to ensure that the party grows from its youths’ structures.
“There is need for the leadership to start building for the future and this should start within our youth league structures. It is a good thing that we build our party for future generations.”
VP Mujuru said Zanu-PF would want to learn from the ANC’s methods of working with youths to strengthen the party.
