WATCH: Mliswa-Zifa case transferred to Harare

BULAWAYO High Court Judge Justice Nduna this morning transferred the Themba Mliswa Zifa elections challenge case to Harare where similar case is being heard.

Mliswa’s lawyer Musindo Hungwe of MD Hungwe Attorneys told Zimpapers Sports Hub that Justice Hungwe had transferred the papers to Harare so that Justice Chitapi who is handling the Walter Magaya case deals with both.

Magaya and Mliswa are contesting their disqualification by the Zifa Electoral College.
