Born on February 3, 1972 in Karoi, Chikandiwa says he was inspired by the late Leonard Dembo. He has more than five albums to his name.

The issue of false Christians most of whom are hiding behind a finger in the name of the churches that are mushrooming up these days, is addressed in the song,” Makristu Efeki Feki”.
Zimbabweans are encouraged to turn to God in the song “Mhuri YeZimbabwe”.
