AS the 65th edition of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) roars to life in Bulawayo, the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has come out guns blazing—warning would-be troublemakers to stay in their lane or face the full wrath of the law.

In a hard-hitting statement at the exhibition park, police national spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi declared zero tolerance for any attempts to disrupt the high-profile event.

“Exhibitors and the public should feel safe and free. We’re on the ground in full force to maintain law and order,” said Nyathi.

The Sapphire Edition of ZITF, which runs from Monday to Saturday, is set to shine as one of Zimbabwe’s top trade and investment showcases—drawing local, regional, and international players under the bold theme: “Industrialisation: Crafting an Integrated Economic Landscape.”

With police on high alert and boots on the ground, it’s clear: business is the only thing going down at ZITF!
