A MARLBOROUGH woman claims her lover threatened to kill her, while pointing a gun at her, following a dispute between the two.
Nosizi Alice Khumalo clashed with her lover, Ngoni Sabau, in Good Hope suburb.
Alice told H-Metro that Ngoni first had a misunderstanding with an unidentified group of people and opened fire at them.
This drew the attention of the people who stay in the same area.
“Ngoni opened fire following a misunderstanding with some guys over a matter I’m not sure about,” said Alice.
“I was called and told about the fracas and rushed from Longchen to Good Hope.
“Upon confronting Ngoni over the use of a firearm in a dispute, he got angry with me and pointed the gun at me.
“He threatened to kill me and I escaped and rushed to Marlborough Police Station and lodged a report against him. He disappeared and is yet to be located,” said Alice.
Ngoni could not be reached for his side of story.
However, H-Metro is reliably informed that the case is under police investigation under RRB 5781932.
