You killed my dad, son: Man accuses mom

THERE are some things better left unsaid because one would never have evidence to prove them.

Such is the case of a man whose mother has dragged him to court after he accused her of killing his father and son.

Prosper Nyasha Kamucheka (36) has a tendency of insulting his mother Ronah Kamucheka blaming her for being responsible for the death of two family members.

Since he failed to substantiate his claims, the tormented woman decided to put his unbecoming behaviour to an end by dragging him to the courts.

“I stay with my fourth born son Prosper Nyasha Kamucheka. He always comes home drunk and insults me saying I am a witch.

“He says I killed his father and his son who passed away early this year. He once headbutted me on the forehead,” said Ronah.

The woman said her son’s accusations were torture as the words were always ringing in her mind, disturbing her peace.

In response, Prosper confirmed the allegations.

“May I be forgiven, I will not say those things again to my mother,” he pleaded.

Western Commonage magistrate Urgent Vundla granted the order in favour of the applicant and the respondent must not trouble her.

In an unrelated case, Martha Chinhoyi also dragged her two sons Shadreck and Forget Chinhoyi to court for stealing her food and giving it to their girlfriends.

She revealed that she ended up living on handouts as her two unemployed sons take away all her groceries.

The two sons apologised to their mother and promised to behave well. An order was granted in favour of the applicant.
