ZIFA have confirmed an evening kickoff of the Warriors’ next AFCON qualifying match against Kenya to be held at Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on November 15.
Zimbabwe, who have previously adopted Orlando Stadium in Johannesburg as its alternative home ground, this time opted for Polokwane at the behest of coach Michael Nees.
The Warriors need to avoid defeat against Kenya to qualify for next year’s AFCON finals to be held in Morocco.
They cemented their place behind group leaders Cameroon after taking their points tally to eight following back-to-back wins over Namibia the last time out.
Zimbabwe will play the final Group J qualifying match against Cameroon at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium on November 19.
Cameroon have already qualified for the AFCON finals with two games to spare after amassing 10 points.
