Zima��s top goalkeepers coaches for SAa��s Black Leopards

LEGENDARY former Highlanders goalminder Peter a�?Oxoa�? Nkomo has been shortlisted for the goalkeepers coaching post at South Africaa��s National First Division One side Black Leopards, B Metro Sport has learnt.

According to Swaziland based coachesa�� manager Dingane Maduna, Nkomo who has seen some of the countrya��s best goalkeepers that include Tapuwa Kapini, Washington Arubi, Edmore a�?Mamkwebua�? Sibanda, Munyaradzi Diya and Ariel Sibanda among others pass through his able hands, was shortlisted together with high riding Tembo Chuma and Tichaona Diya.

Nkomo (ABOVE), who has also worked at FC Platinum in the same capacity, was relieved of his duties at Bosso late last season together with the then cluba��s head coach Bongani Mafu and first assistant Mandla a�?Lulua�? Mpofu.

The Binga bred Chuma, also a former Bosso goalkeepers mentor where he went on to produce the countrya��s 2012 Goalkeeper of the Year (Ariel Sibanda) and 2013 Goalkeeper of the Year (Munyaradzi Diya), is currently at ambitious Triangle .

In 2014 while at ZPC Kariba, Chuma a CAF B licence holder who enjoys a good working relationship with respected Zambian coach Kelvin Kaindu, produced another Goalkeeper of the Year in the name of Tendai Hove.

Tichaoana, an elder brother to Munyaradzi, is an ex Dynamos goalkeepers coach and a holder of a CAF C coaching badge.

At the blue half of the capital, Tichaona has worked with the countrya��s famed shoot -stoppers that include Artwell Mukandi and man of the moment Tatenda Mukuruva.

However, impeccable sources told this publication that Chuma holds an edge over Nkomo and Tichaona courtesy of his impressive and high sounding curriculum vitae. .
