COMMUTERS were treated to a free-for-all drama in Masvingo on Thursday morning when a woman stripped naked after allegedly being denied change by a kombi conductor.

Four nabbed for circulating fake notes

POLICE in Bulawayo have arrested four men on suspicion of being part of a gang that has been circulating fake notes in the city.
It is suspected hundreds of Bulawayo residents might have lost their hard earned cash to the well orchestrated tactics of the alleged fraudsters  who would buy goods using counterfeit US$100 notes and get change in real money.

The festival is organised by Women Film Makers of Zimbabwe, which is owned by Tsitsi Dangarembga.

Some call it the muddy game, others the dirty game  but its proper name is Rugby, a game which is physical and whose founders totally refused to join the ‘other football camp’.
You see, soccer is a breakaway or splinter group  from rugby after some people way back in time decided to have a game with rules that would discourage major physical contact as bones were continuously broken.
The dispute even led to those who were for the “more human” way of playing forming their own school so as to teach students the new game.
