Health and Fitness With Sungano Shingirirai Venge: Maintain your good shape this holiday
This is the time when Christmas songs are played everywhere you go. Joy to the world the Lord has come; Mary’s boy child Jesus Christ was born on Christmas Day; and many more. For sure this is a great day to the world, worth to be remembered. Even for non Christians, they will find themselves affected by this day in one way or another. It is nature, people will always recognise someone who serves a great purpose in their lives. Just like parents for their upkeep of their families, likewise leaders in all forms of society are remembered by how much they serve their communities. So indeed, Jesus was and is still a great leader and King, who came to save us from perishing from our sins. Because of Him, everyone is worthy in the eyes of God our creator, all sins are forgiven through His blood if one repents. The Word of our Lord in the Bible says “Only a fool says there is no God”.

Features Reporter
SOME parties have lost MPs and seats as a result of floor-crossing, which has also left some constituencies unrepresented and constituents suffering.
Floor-crossing is generally not a new phenomenon. Brazil suffered this scourge in 1946 and this led to the anti-defection law in the 1980s as the country fought to outlaw the betrayal of the electorate. In South Africa, floor-crossing was abolished in January 2009.
