STANDARD Chartered Bank employees are yet to get a certificate of no settlement to pave way for an industrial action compelling their employer to pay decent salaries in line with other banks.
The workers through their representative, the Zimbabwe Banks and Allied Workers Union (Zibawu), recently issued a 14-day industrial action notice, which expired on 20 December to compel their employer to adjust their salaries as well as discuss on Employee Share Ownership Scheme.
