At least eight Afghan civilians have been killed in a missile attack by foreign forces in Kapisa Province in northeastern Afghanistan, Press TV reports.
Russians go to the polls in parliamentary elections
MOSCOW — Voters across Russia were casting their ballots yesterday in the country’s sixth parliamentary elections, as seven parties vied for representation in the 450-seat State Duma, or lower house.
