THE High Court has nullified the appointment of Chief Hata in Nyanga, saying the incumbent, Mr Joseph Magaso, was unprocedurally enthroned.
Justice Garainesu Mawadze ruled that Mr Magaso’s appointment was contrary to the law and prevailing principles of succession of the Wanyama (Hata) clan.
