Police flush out pirate kombis

Police in Manicaland are urging commuter omnibus operators not registered under the Zupco franchise to stop ferrying passengers.

Deputy police spokesperson Assistant inspector Wiseman Chinyoka said the police has embarked on a massive campaign to enforce and arrest those breaking the law.

Several commuter omnibuses have been hired by companies and other parents to ferry children and employees.
