PROPHET Passion Java has acquired a US$14-million-dollar property in Maryland, United States, a few weeks after splashing over US$1 million for his wedding.

Passion and his wife Lily had a wedding recently in the United States.

The couple first wed in 2016 in Jamaica, where they spent over US$100 000, but decided to have another wedding this year.

His property has a parking bay that can handle over 600 cars and can accommodate over 10 000 people.

Java is said to have negotiated to bring down the price of the the property from US$15 million to US$14 million.

He is expected to develop the property into a business and leisure mini city that will have offices, cafes, a movie theatre, a gym, among many other things.

In an interview, Java said he has been criticised for some of his investments.

“I have always been a mystery to people because I don’t really talk about my investments and this has made critics form fake narratives about how I get my money but I have now decided to come out of the box and let people know what I do.

“We felt God blessed us financially to have our dream wedding, that’s why we decided to have a second wedding.

“In 2016 we couldn’t afford our dream wedding.”

According to Java, the wedding cake is reported to have cost US$47 000 while his wife donned a US$100 000 gown.

He claims his wedding suit cost US$20 000 suit.

At least over “40 millionaires” are said to have flown in for the glamorous wedding.

Top African music stars like Master KG and Rayvany also graced the occasion.

Day one and two of the ceremony had 800 people.

The two days were dedicated to a Zimbabwean-Ethiopian traditional celebration.

The last day was only meant for family and close relatives.
