THE Permanent Secretary for Harare Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Cde Cosmas Chiringa has died.
A veteran of the liberation struggle, Cde Chiringa died this evening at Westend Hospital in Harare.
His son in-law, Mr Ishe Chitsike confirmed the sad development.
” Yes, he passed on this evening at Westend Hospital in Harare,” said Mr Chitsike.
