Cde Luke Mushore to be buried on Monday

A national gathering is set for Monday at the National Heroes Acre to honour Cde Luke Mushore, who was declared a National Hero after passing away on June 13.

President Mnangagwa will lead the state funeral proceedings.

Cde Mushore (76), widely known as Dick Joboringo, held key positions, including Zanu PF provincial chair for Mashonaland Central and Member of Parliament for Muzarabani South.

He was lauded for his steadfast service to the country, Zanu PF and Zimbabweans.

The death of this liberation war stalwart has evoked widespread grief, with leaders offering heartfelt condolences.
