UPCOMING Afro pop musician, Prosper “Proskan” Masuku, harbours dreams of winning a NAMA or AFRIMA.
Proskan is currently working on a new single titled Hustle Rakablesswa, which is a dedication to all his followers.
The song will be released later this month.
“I draw inspiration from real ghetto life stories that I come across every day, but I don’t have money to fund musical videos.
“I hope to work with Ishan and Nutty O this year on my new projects, and I also hope to inspire other upcoming artists and ghetto youths.
“All they have to do for success is to work hard and have passion,” he said.
Proskan scooped the Outstanding New Comer in Midlands and Best Afro artist in Zvishavane last year.
“I have so much support, and I can’t thank my fans and family enough.
“I promise to bring in new content and vibe into the industry. I’ll work with big artists to give people the music they love.
“Finances have been one of my biggest challenges in visual production. However, I have managed to pull through every time,” he said.
