THE fifth edition of the Zimbabwe Community Trailblazers Awards ceremony will be held in Harare on Friday night and the organisers say this will be their biggest show to date.
UK-based artist Matilda Tekeshe is already in the country and will perform at the show at the Harare International Conference Centre. She has been nominated for one of the awards. The awards are an initiative to recognise and celebrate Zimbabweans who are making a positive impact in their communities in a powerful way to promote social change, inspire others, and build a sense of national pride.
“By honouring these trailblazers, we are not only acknowledging their achievements but also inspiring others,” the organisers said.
“By showcasing the stories and accomplishments of these individuals, we’re inspiring others to follow in their footsteps and make a difference in their own communities.
