Gospel artiste releases album

GOSPEL artiste, Pastor Tsitsi Dorothy Goba, has released a new gospel project, God Causes/Vanokonzeresa Jesu which was recorded by popular singer and producer, Dr Tawanda, in Botswana.Goba who was born and bred in Dora communal lands near Dangamvura high-density suburb is now based in Botswana where she partnered the controversial producer who once re-did Alick Macheso’s songs.

Dr Tawanda features on three of her songs which are Handitongwi, Sarudza Denga and the title track, God causes.

She came to Zimbabwe briefly to market her new project.  The new album has eight tracks which are a blend of Shona and Setswana songs.

Other songs on the album include Ndomuitirei Jesu, Believe and Come to Jesus and a 20-minute long Holy/Mutsvene Express,

The 40-year-old musician who is backed by The Extreme Worshippers said she preaches about deliverance, hope and faith.

“It is not very late for anyone to repent, so I sing about deliverance. I encourage people to seek the kingdom of God before it is too late. God always gives us a second chance to seek his face. I hope my album will be an inspiration to many Christians across the region,” she said.
