A MUTARE man offered all his earnings towards the upkeep of his wife. Augustine Nyakurerwa told the court that he was prepared to give every penny that he earns to his wife, Maida Hamandishe who had dragged him to Mutare Civil Courts praying for maintenance.This was after Hamandishe had told the court that he was not a caring father who was not taking care of his family.To the court’s amazement, Nyakurerwa said he had no problems with Hamandishe being granted the maintenance.
He even went on to order the court to grant her all the money that he earned.
Mutare magistrate, Ms Anniah Ndiraya granted Hamandishe the $125 monthly maintenance that she had applied for.
