A good employer challenges employees to discover their gifts and also maximize on them. The only way to add value to your company or organisation is by adding value to the people you work with.
This also means giving them knowledge of how to enhance their incomes through utilization of their gifts. In the event that the company goes through a dry spell, employees will be cushioned as well.
Why is it also important to write this article? The reality is that many people spend their lives on jobs which they don’t want, and even hate sometimes. Many people get very worried when Sunday comes because they know that Monday is approaching, and they dread going to that office again. I am speaking to an employee who has not been getting paid for months, and is in oblivion as to what to do.
You can transform the state of your income, by transforming the state of your mind. When you refuse to be a victim, and choose to be in control of your life, you can move your life from where you are to where you ought to be.
The secret, which is not even a secret, is Ecclesiastes 11:6, and this week I want to share with you fundamental principles which can change your production habits.
