A 38-year-old Ruwa man is on the run after allegedly raping his Grade 7 daughter twice.
The man, only identified as Julias, would allegedly sneak into his daughter’s blankets during the night and rape her.
He threatened his 14-year-old daughter and told her not to disclose the offence.
However, the girl reported the case to the police after Julias raped her for the second time at knife point.
Harare provincial police spokesperson, Inspector Luckmore Chakanza confirmed the case and appealed for information that may lead to Julias’ arrest.
He said the victim’s mother works in another suburb and comes home twice a month.
