TWENTY-FOUR-YEAR-OLD model, Nyasha Chingosho, is dreaming of empowering rural girls through pageantry.
The Domboshava-based model said there was a lot of untapped talent in the rural areas.
“I am prepared to take rural talent to the next level through modelling.
“There is more hidden talent in the marginalised areas but they are only waiting for an opportunity to excel.
“And, this is my opportunity to prove that there is great talent out there,” she said.
Nyasha, whose inspiration is drawn from her mother, added:
“My inspiration is my mother, she is the only one who supports and motivates me to achieve my goals. I am pursuing commercial and fashion modelling.
“Currently I am not studying but I am self-employed.”
She said aspiring models need confidence to express themselves.
“Upcoming models should believe in themselves and should have confidence in their bodies.
“Noone will come and tell you that your body is amazing and showcase your talent.
“I signed with the Size Four Modelling agency this year,” she said.
