NEW: “Cashflow” empowers female musicians

Online Reporter

MUSIC producer Cashflow (real name Lloyd Anesu Karirira) is on a mission to empower upcoming female musicians.

He has since released a track featuring several aspiring young female artistes.

Titled “She’s King (Mambokadzi/Indlovukazi)”, the song is about empowering women and telling the world that women can also be leaders.

“I did this project with women in mind,” said Cashflow.

“In the local music industry, male musicians tend to be given more opportunities and recognition than their female counterparts.”

Female musicians, he said, are just as talented as their male counterparts.  “Women can do what men can do. I enjoyed working with these young ladies.

“They have the same zeal and determination as men. It was a great experience working with them.”
