VETERAN gospel musician Pastor G is set to celebrate a quarter-of-a-century in the music industry. He has revealed he will launch a concert album dubbed ‘T55/25 Transformation’ on November 15.
The event, scheduled for his 55th birthday celebrations, will also celebrate 25 years of service in gospel music.
Pastor G revealed that the theme ‘Transformation’ is deeply personal and inspired by his own physical and spiritual journey.
He said the theme came from a place of gratitude and reflection and was inspired by his physical and health transformation.
He said he has gone through a process of taking care of his body, his spirit and his purpose and he feels the need to celebrate that with his audience.
Pastor G said the event will not only be a musical celebration but also a testimony to the grace and consistency that have shaped his career.
He said he is grateful for the years that God has given him and the 25 years that he has served Him faithfully through music.
He feels it’s all because of the Lord’s grace that he has come this far without turning back.
He revealed there were seasons when he thought of quitting and there were times when support was low but he never changed course because he always remembered why he started this adventure.
He said he has seen God open doors at just the right time and this upcoming celebration was for one of those doors and this was his moment of reflection, worship, and joyful celebration.
The musician said this was not just about him but it was about the community of musicians, the church and everyone who has walked this journey with him.
“The people who believed in me from the beginning, the churches that opened their doors, the radio presenters who played my first tracks, they are all part of this story.
“This is more than a concert, it’s a moment of thanksgiving. A reminder that with God, transformation is possible physically, spiritually and creatively,” he said.
Pastor G is an inspirational man, not only in music circles, but the way he has made a huge impact in the lives of many people through the way he has transformed himself physically.
He has shown us that, with hard work, nothing is impossible.
His commitment to a punishing regime to reduce his weight and ensure that he is in fine physical shape has been very inspirational.
Medical experts have been hammering on the dangers of being overweight.
This comes with the risk of many health complications, which include heart disease and strokes, diabetes, certain cancers, digestive challenges, fatty liver diseases, to name but a few.
Pastor G has been brave and inspirational in his fight to show that those with obesity challenges can fight against this condition and live a happy lifestyle.
He has a right to celebrate that and we hope that his day of celebrations will be a big success.
