PHEKA LOMAMOYO: Inyama yemvu

Inyama zehlukene njengoba zivela ezivuyweni ezehlukeneyo.

Lapha kwelakithi silenkomo, imbuzi, imvu lengulube, konke zinyamazana ezifuywa emakhaya.
Lamuhla ngizakhuluma ngenyama yemvu.

Inyama yemvu ithandwa kakhulu ngamaXhosa lamaZulu, yona imnandi kodwa iyaqanda njalo ilamafutha amanengi. Umsila wemvu ngamafutha wodwa. Inyama le idinga ukuphekwa kuhle.

Amaqatha enyama yemvu ezintini (kebab on spikes)

Okudingakalayo
1.    2kg yenyama yemvu engela mathambo, ukhezo olulodwa amafutha (cooking oil), umhluzi we-lemon elilodwa, isawudo le-pepper.

2.    Ihanyanisi enkulu eyodwa, itamatisi elilodwa, iqanda elilodwa.

3.    Amahlamvu ebayil (bay leaves)

4.    Izinti ezihlanu zezigodo

5.    Umlilo olamalahle kumbe i-oven etshisayo yokosa 300F (180 degrees Celcius)

Ukupheka

1.    Geza izandla zakho ubusugezisa kumbe wesule inyama yonke ngelembu elihlambulukileyo.

2.    Sika inyama yonke iziqana ubude bazo obungaba yisithupha.

3.    Hlanganisa amafutha lomhluzi welemoni ubusuhlanganisa lenyama yonke.

4.    Thatha umganu olenyama le ufake efrijini okwamahola angu 4 kumbe 5.

5.    Ngemva kwamahola thatha ingodo kumbe amapulanka acije indawo zombili, hloma iqatha ngalinye ngalinye kulezi izingodo ngokunje.

6.    Qatha isiqa sehanyanisi, iqatha isiqa setamatisi , iqatha ihlamvu lwe-bay, iqatha isiqa se-egg plant, yenza njalo ingodo zize zigcwale kodwa kusale indawo yokubamba ngapha langapha.

7.    Khathesi wosa ngokubeka ingodo lezi emalahleni omlilo kumbe ngokufaka ku-oven kundawo yokosa.

8.    Wosa kuze kuvuthwe.

9.    Ukuvuthwa yilokhu wena okuthandayo lemuli yakho.

10.    Abanye bayithanda iqinile kanti abanye bayithanda ivuzavuza igazi.

Ukupheka

1.    Vuvuzela umlenze kumbe umkhono ngomhluzi we-lemon faka umlenze emganwini ubusufaka umlenze efrijini amahola amabili.

2.    Khupha ufake emganwini wokubheka

3.    Vuvuzela isawudo, i-pepper le-garlic

4.    Faka ku-oven endaweni yokubheka ku300F (180 degrees Celcius). yekela kuvuthwe.
