President Mnangagwa is today presiding over the 45th graduation ceremony at the University of Zimbabwe in Harare, where he will cap 7 132 graduands.
The President, who is Chancellor of all State Universities, will confer Doctor of Philosophy degrees, Masters degree, undergraduate degrees, and diplomas in several disciplines and faculties.
Some of the Faculties include Arts and Humanities, Business Management Sciences and Economics, Engineering and the Built Environment, Law, Medicine and Health Sciences, Social and Behavioural Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, among others.
Notable graduands include Deputy Chief Secretary in the Office of the President and Cabinet responsible for Presidential Communication, Mr George Charamba who will be conferred with Master of Arts degree in African Economic History and Knowledge Systems, Harare lawyer
Arnold Nyamunokora ( Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Governance), former Herald Editor, Caesar Zvayi who will be conferred with Bachelor of Law Honours degree, legislator Dr Energy Mutodi (Master of Laws in Constitutional and Electoral Law.
